Lockpoint
WHAT IS LOCKPOINT

How Lockpoint works.

Lockpoint is a public registry where commitments become permanent records. Public. Timestamped. Outcome recorded.

Locked foreverAppend-onlyPublicly searchableNo deletions
Lockpoint does not plan, remind, or motivate. It records what you committed to — and what happened.
What you get
  • A public deadline (optional)
  • A permanent record (cannot be edited)
  • Visible execution history
  • A record others can reference and share
What Lockpoint is NOT
  • Not a coach, planner, or reminder
  • Not legal or financial enforcement
  • Not private notes
Why use Lockpoint?
Pressure
Public memory creates real pressure.
Clarity
A commitment becomes concrete, not a vibe.
Accountability
No manager. No board. Just the record you made.
Who is this for?
  • Founders shipping products
  • Creators building in public
  • People using deadlines as pressure
  • Cohort organizers who want visible follow-through from participants
If you want privacy-first journaling — this is not it.
How it works
  1. Create a draft (editable).
  2. Lock it (irreversible).
  3. Optionally set deadline and stake.
  4. Mark outcome later: completed or dropped.
Due indicator: "DUE SOON" appears if deadline is within 7 days. "OVERDUE" appears after the deadline date passes. It's purely informational — the record stays.
